[Chisa cosplay] Wuthering Waves: Peach Shaved Ice Summer Swimsuit Experience

Summer calls for piano-side BBQ! The peach-ice themed Chisa cosplay photoshoot is finally wrapped. We chose an indoor ice cream swimming pool studio set filled with pink and blue mosaic tiles, massive ice cream props, and pink inflatable rings, perfectly fitting the refreshing summer theme. To recreate Chisa's character from Wuthering Waves, a lot of thought went into makeup and styling. I wore red contact lenses paired with red accents at the corners of my eyes to capture her signature look on camera. For the hair, sleek black straight locks were styled with magenta highlights, complemented by a white lace headband and a stylized nurse cap, infusing plenty of 2D sweetness into the details.

The wardrobe centered on a pink-and-white plaid swimsuit set. The halter-neck bandeau top features ruffled edges and dainty pink bows layered over a white lace inset, paired with a pleated pink miniskirt and a white belt with silver eyelet rings. Arm ribbons and floral sleeves served as essential highlights. During the shoot, I hugged a giant pink-and-white inflatable ring while sitting on the mosaic ledge, or reclined across a rattan lounger holding an ice cream prop and flashing a peace sign. The interplay of blue and pink lighting, combined with pool-like surface water reflections, painted a dreamy candy-colored palette across the frames.

The entire shoot went exceptionally smoothly. Despite the detailed set, the photographer excelled at capturing dynamic, candid moments. I immersed myself fully in the setting, projecting a breezy mix of summer languor and chill. The pairing of the pink plaid swimwear and leg warmers visually elongated the silhouette. Between takes, I joked that this color palette felt like sizzling piano barbecue washed down with an icy peach drink—an amusing comparison, but visually striking nonetheless. From meticulous makeup to prop arrangement, every element was aimed at infusing narrative depth into the final photos. I hope everyone feels the sun-drenched warmth and sugary cool of this summer poolside party.
