[Tachibana Nozomi Cosplay] Blue Archive Summer Swimsuit: A Refreshing Moment by the Outdoor Pool - Image 1

Choosing this summer-limited swimsuit outfit for the shoot, combined with the outdoor pool location, offered a rich sense of casual vacation vibes.

For the hairstyle this time, a pale mint green wig was chosen. The length and styling of the twintails were adjusted multiple times to ensure a smooth, silky shine under outdoor natural light without appearing stiff. The pale green translucent halo headpiece atop the head was a key detail to recreate; its material and floating effect caught the summer backlighting just right to produce a translucent visual effect. Paired with long, pointed elf ear style props, full preparation was made for the character's signature features, giving the entire head styling high recognizability.

Regarding the outfit, for the upper body I picked a loose white cropped T-shirt. The relaxed drop-shoulder cut not only looks fresh, but also naturally covers the inner black athletic bandeau, creating a visual layering of subtle exposure around the waist. For the bottom, the denim shorts were selected in dark blue, with the cuffs intentionally cuffed twice to elongate the leg lines while looking crisp and tidy. Black drawstrings and a small fabric bow stitched at the waistband added delicate details to the lower half.

The small black triangular cone ornament hanging on the left waist, connected by a thin black thread, produced a natural sway whenever I adjusted my kneeling pose or shifted on the wicker lounge chair, adding a touch of playful summer atmosphere.

The backdrop was set by an outdoor pool bathed in brilliant sunlight. The large expanse of clear water behind brought a natural coolness, and the shimmering reflections gave the overall color tone of the photos a comfortable feel. The light green donut swim ring nearby didn't steal the show, serving instead as a foreground accent that enriched the colors and enhanced the resort feel. The wicker lounge chair beneath me was covered with a white cushion, matching nicely with my outfit's color scheme.

To match the relaxed mood of the swimsuit cosplay, my pose before the camera was a natural kneeling position with both legs, hands gently raised behind my head. The posture felt very open, showcasing the full outline of my waist, abdomen, and kneeling legs. For facial expressions, I avoided forced poses and kept a relaxed smile facing the lens, aiming to capture a candid, effortless moment.

While shooting this swimsuit cosplay look, I paid special attention to the folds of the clothing. Because the T-shirt was quite loose, improper standing or kneeling postures could easily create messy creases at the neckline and sleeves, so before every shutter click, I would slightly adjust the drape of the shirt. The boundary between the elf ears and the wig was also carefully blended to ensure seamless results even from side angles.

Overall, although this styling leans towards daily casual visually, with the help of details like the wig, headpiece, and tail prop, it successfully captured the swimsuit cosplay vibe of Tachibana Nozomi from Blue Archive. The abundant outdoor natural light brought out a natural glow in skin tone, clothing texture, and hair highlights. When doing outdoor Summer Film shoots like this, sun protection and staying in a fresh, good mood are truly essential. Everything from set design to final shots went smoothly, and I hope this fresh summer aesthetic conveys the relaxed vibe captured in these photos.
