Today's casual Chihaya Anon cosplay actually took a lot of thought in styling. To recreate the character's everyday vibe, I chose a basic white long-sleeve shirt as an inner layer, and the small black button details at the collar add a lot of points. Paired on the outside is the iconic purple-gray plaid jumper skirt, cinched at the waist with a matching belt featuring a black square buckle, which flatters the figure while staying true to the original design. The fabric adopts a slightly textured micro-wrinkle material, which has a very natural reflection under the lights.
In terms of hairstyle, pink long straight hair with blunt bangs, wearing this large pair of black-framed glasses, instantly brings out that dorky yet slightly clever vibe. The wig was specially straightened with a flat iron before the shoot to ensure the hair strands lay flat enough. For makeup, I tried to choose soft pinkish tones, keeping the blush and lip gloss very subtle, paired with a fair base makeup, hoping to get close to the character's texture. The eye makeup wasn't overdone; it mainly emphasized the eye contours to make the gaze look clearer.
The lower body styling is also key: white lace stockings paired with black glossy patent leather Mary Jane shoes—classic and versatile. The shoes' gloss creates a wonderful material contrast with the skirt, and the socks' lace adds a touch of girlishness. The shooting location was chosen in a cozy retro-decorated space, surrounded by greenery, flowers, and a wooden bench. Sitting on the bench with both hands placed on top of my head, striking this slightly surprised pose, combined with the planter box and lace curtains in the background, the overall photos have a very lively, everyday life atmosphere. To match the warm lighting of the scene, the photographer slightly adjusted the camera's white balance to make the photos look softer. The small brown leather bag placed next to me was also a matching prop I chose; it doesn't steal the spotlight while enriching the frame. My state during the shoot was great, not only because the scene fit well, but also because the outfit itself is very comfortable to wear, allowing me to naturally make various movements. I hope this set of photos lets everyone feel the character's lively vibe.
