Preparing the wig for this look actually took some thought. This light pink short hair styling can easily look flat against the scalp or like a helmet if not trimmed well. The overall makeup was not intentionally drawn very heavy, with the focus being the cleanliness of the eye makeup and base makeup. Because the character's own skin is very white, the eyes and brows do not need overly sharp lines to outline. Using light, warm-toned eyeshadow to slightly expand the area around the eyes, paired with a thin eyeliner with a slight curve, preserves some of that unique clarity characteristic of 2D characters in front of the lens. The lipstick chose a very natural bean-paste shade, forming a subtle monochromatic echo with the pink of the clothing bow tie. The best time for this atmospheric photoshoot by the window was actually afternoon, but because it was overcast, the light was not too strong and the shadows were soft, which reduced the workload of post-production color grading. The skin tone in the raw image was already very even, making me feel that this set of photos is overall very close to the character's atmosphere.

Actually, seeing that line "Even though yesterday's world was full of predetermined harmony," I still feel quite touched. Although we are restoring a daily-life window scene today, in the character's own story, such a peaceful routine often foreshadows the calm before the storm. Therefore, I didn't intentionally make too many exaggerated expressions during the shoot, but tried my best to keep a hint of peaceful detachment in my demeanor, just like blanking my vision toward the noisy city outside this window sill. I think that when restoring an anime character, the most rare part is often not how magnificent the clothes are made, but whether one can strike movements and gazes that fit the character's identity and state of mind at a certain moment. Like this, wearing a school uniform, leaning against the wooden window frame, and casually swinging my legs—that unadorned daily life look is exactly the place that touches people the most. Although the preparation for this shoot was not complicated, every detail—from the way the bow tie is tied to the height of the socks, and to the slightly lazy sitting posture—was an attempt to retain a certain sense of eternity on the fictional character through reality's light, shadow, and photography for this over-the-knee socks outfit.
