[Hanayo Koizumi cosplay] The Healing Daily Life of Lazy Home Living

Focusing on presenting the lazy and home-abiding side of Hanayo Koizumi, this time I chose a styling with a light green plush bathrobe paired with a cream-yellow inner top. The overall atmosphere aims to get close to the character's next-door-girl approachability and daily life feel.

To better fit the character, a short wig with a hint of golden-green was chosen, paired with a light-colored bowknot headband on top, visually presenting a soft sense of warmth. The red-framed glasses are the crowning touch, and the blue-purple colored contacts add a touch of focus and softness to the gaze while retaining a clear daily air. Before shooting, I spent a lot of time adjusting the eye makeup details, hoping every single frame could showcase the character's clear and pure texture.

In terms of props, a large white cat plush toy echoing the texture of the bathrobe was selected, along with a glass of water, and the final addition of that bowl of white rice counts as a little easter egg for this photo set. The moment of holding a bowl of rice felt as though a scene from 2D daily life was truly brought into reality, breaking the intentionally artificial sense of refinement, and instead adding a touch of authentic everyday warmth.

The shooting environment was chosen in a well-lit living room. The photographer utilized the afternoon natural light, filtering through the French windows onto the white fabric sofa and beige cushions, combined with the accent of purple hydrangea floral art in the background, making the entire frame bright and warm. The shooting angle adopted a relatively eye-level perspective, allowing myself to completely relax, naturally holding the plushie, making gestures, pinching my face, taking off the glasses, and then picking up the rice bowl. This continuous dynamic capture presents a relaxed home cosplay feel. The green-and-white striped plush socks on my feet are also a plus, coordinating harmoniously with the overall light color palette, keeping warm while bringing out a touch of girlish liveliness.

Although this look doesn't feature flamboyant battle gear or complex stage costumes, the simpler the daily outfit, the more it actually tests the polishing of details. Whether the wig is smooth, the positions of accessories are precise, or the makeup has smudged all required repeated confirmation during the shooting process. To present this "effortless laziness," a lot of heart was actually poured into it. Frankly, regarding traffic, I've always felt that as long as you prepare with your heart and invest emotion and energy into restoring a character, this set of photos itself has already fulfilled its mission. Compared to data, I enjoy the feeling of gradually entering the character's state during the shooting process, enjoying being healed by the character, and the process of passing this healing along through the lens.

In this fast-paced era, being able to quietly execute a slice-of-life cosplay in front of the lens, presenting a warm and approachable image, is a very fortunate thing. The grounded feeling of holding this white plush cat doll in my arms, along with the white rice in the bowl, are my most satisfying memory points this time. I hope this sense of home healing belonging to Hanayo Koizumi can also be conveyed through the images to those who see it.
