The conceptual theme for this shoot was a young Aemeath set against a Cyberpunk style backdrop. The headpiece served as the styling centerpiece: white petals paired with teardrop pendants created a stunning visual effect, though the starry kitty accessory was exceptionally delicate and prone to ungluing. I had to reinforce it beforehand using clear tape and hot-melt adhesive, remaining cautious during the shoot for fear of it falling off. The pink wig was styled with airy bangs and layered trimming to make the face appear smaller. For the eye styling in this Doll makeup look, light gray contact lenses were chosen along with lower false eyelashes and a generous sweep of pink blush, intentionally crafting an innocent, doll-like aesthetic.
The faux fur collar on the thick white coat was very warm, while sleeve textures and diamond-shaped shoulder ornaments added substantial weight. The beaded chest chain and golden compass pendant were exquisite, though they swung around across the chest during dynamic movements and required deliberate positioning. For the background, blue and purple neon lights were chosen to contrast with the Pink-haired girl palette, accentuating a futuristic Cyberpunk style ambiance.
Having pulled three copies (C3) after falling in love with the storyline, I adore this character immensely, so teaming up with a good friend to cosplay young and adult Aemeath was a dream come true in Anime cosplay. Standing side by side gave us an incredible sense of accomplishment, bringing a beloved character into reality. Throughout the shoot, constantly holding the oversized plush bear was somewhat tiring, so I eventually rested it on my lap to present a clear view of my face to the lens. The neon light refractions worked wonderfully; post-processing mainly involved skin brightening and softening while preserving background neon bokeh. The white coat paired with metallic accessories created great texture; although repairing unglued accessories took time, the final results were thoroughly satisfying.
