[Shigure Ui cosplay] Loli Kami Requiem Casual Classroom Shoots

This set of Shigure Ui casual photos in the classroom is finally ready to meet everyone. This time, I wanted to recreate that relaxed and spontaneous school atmosphere from Loli Kami Requiem, so I specially chose this classroom where the afternoon sun pours in as the shooting venue.

First, about the outfit coordination. The main body of this JK uniform consists of a deep blue sleeveless vest paired with a pure white long-sleeved shirt. Adding that red tie as an accent makes the overall color scheme very clean and neat. The small yellow water-drop pendant hanging on the chest is a highlight of this styling; it looks exceptionally striking amidst the wrapping of blue and white, making the character's slightly playful trait more intuitive. The hair uses a light golden twintails wig with an abundant volume, and two white plush balls are sewn at the ends. This fluffy texture heavily tests the craftsmanship of the props, and this time the plush balls were made very full, being both cute and not looking particularly heavy.

The lower body is paired with a deep blue pleated skirt and white over-the-knee socks, which is what everyone commonly calls white stockings. There was actually a very interesting detail when shooting this set of photos: these high-length white stockings have very high requirements for poses and leg shapes because the material is quite close-fitting, and if you don't pay attention to adjustments, it's easy to leave squeeze marks at the knees or the root of the thighs. I specially chose this kind of overlapping composition sitting on the desk edge and chair back this time. On one hand, it can elongate the leg visuals, making the whole person look more slender; on the other hand, it's also to showcase that relaxed state that leans towards being 'lazy.'

I also put a lot of thought into the scene layout. Besides the regular wooden school desks and chairs in the classroom, I specially brought a red double-shoulder school bag and placed it on the floor beneath my feet; the dark red of the school bag and the red tie formed a perfect color echo. Near the wall in the background, an acoustic guitar was also placed, giving the entire classroom background not just a blackboard and chalk writing, but adding a bit of detail of school club life. The chalk writing on the blackboard was also written by me casually before shooting; although it's a bit scribbly, it fits this spontaneous atmosphere perfectly.

During the shooting process, to match the meme-playing mindset of 'Zako! Zako!' (weakling) from the post title, I tried my best to lean towards that condescending yet slightly tsundere feeling in expressions and postures. For example, sitting on the edge of the desk with one foot stepping on a chair, or directly crossing legs to sit on the desktop while playing with that yellow pendant in hand. These movements look highly natural, but actually test the balance of the body's center of gravity heavily. Especially in the second picture where I lift my leg while sitting on the desktop, it would be easy to slide down without proper support; we adjusted several camera angles back then before finding the most comfortable angle.

The lighting for this shoot was basically indoor natural light plus a tiny bit of reflector fill light, without overly strong shadows, so the wig color and skin texture remained relatively soft and real. In details, the match between the blue pupil contact lenses and the platinum blonde hair color gives the person an exceptional 2D texture. Of course, the combination of JK style and white stockings is inherently a topic with very high discussion itself; I tried my best to keep my interaction with the environment from being stiff while restoring the character.

As a Shigure Ui cosplayer, I feel the charm of this character lies in that seemingly ordinary everyday school feel, combined with a bit of subtle uniqueness. I didn't want to shoot too deliberately or forcefully; instead, the expressions captured while chatting and playing with friends like this match the character's own setting best.
