[Sora cosplay] Goddess of Victory: Nikke spring flight themed photoshoot

Preparing this Sora outfit took quite a bit of thought, primarily aiming to match the breezy lightness of spring flight. The ensemble features a white halter sports bra paired with a cropped pink jacket and pink athletic shorts, made from breathable and elastic sportswear fabrics to facilitate all kinds of dynamic movement during shooting. The front is printed with 'OVER THE HORIZON', and the black leather choker collar serves as the crowning touch of Sora's look; paired with Twintails and pink sunglasses perched atop the head, the overall vibe is sporty with an edgy coolness. For makeup, to accentuate the spring aura, blush was applied a bit heavier, while the eye makeup embraced a fresh, translucent pink palette. Styling the Twintails wig took a long time to achieve just the right airy volume without looking untidy, with subtle waves added to the tips.

The shooting location was set in a sports equipment room interior, where metal storage racks, wooden crates, and numbered boards richly enhanced the background. Sitting inside a rolling cart full of volleyballs was an ambitious experiment; in practice, it required engaging my core strength to hold my body up while keeping my upper body completely relaxed. To flatter and elongate my leg lines, I tried a side-seated pose with crossed legs, adjusting the angle so the overhead key light hit the skin, and warmed up the color temperature in post-processing to create a softer ambiance. The balls in the cart kept rolling around, needing an assistant nearby to stabilize them constantly, making these few frames much more physically demanding than expected.

The Fan Content Festival provides a fantastic opportunity for mutual exchange, where everyone brings their shared passion to create. Beyond recreating the look, this photoshoot aimed to convey the character's spirited, carefree vitality through the lens. We wove the concept of spring flight into every movement and expression, striving to unfold infinite possibilities within a confined indoor setting. The composition beside the vaulting horse offered great spatial depth, with pink-and-white sports balls and metallic frames creating an attractive visual contrast for an everyday yet cheerful atmosphere. Wrapping this set was definitely an exhausting workout, but seeing how the final photos turned out made every bit of effort completely worthwhile.
