[Eleg cosplay] Looking Back in a JK Uniform from Goddess of Victory: Nikke - Image 1

This shoot features Eleg from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, choosing a classic JK uniform look to recreate the character's school vibe. A white shirt paired with a black pleated skirt, combined with short hair featuring bright yellow highlights and iconic ahoge, delivers a fresh yet energetic visual feel. The makeup focuses on enhancing reddish-purple tones around the eyes, aligning her gaze with the character's slightly mysterious and confident demeanor. During shooting, I intentionally turned sideways to look back, with a raised right arm posture that nicely elongates body lines, while the combination of the pleated skirt hem and White over-the-knee socks presents lovely visual layering under light and shadow. The solid studio backdrop ensures a clean presentation of the character and clothing details, with post-processing limited to basic color grading to preserve real skin texture and fabric fold details. Though this outfit is fundamental, simpler styles test tailoring and body control all the more—details like shirt tucking, cuff rolls, and skirt waistline positioning required repeated adjustments. The length and slight pinching of the white socks were also kept within a natural range to avoid being overly jarring. Through various half-body and full-body compositions across different angles, the shoot emphasized Eleg's sense of lightness, and this captured turn-around moment caught the most harmonious instant of gaze and body language. Whether it's her blonde highlights or the flare of the black pleated skirt, both were fully reflected in the final output. For Cosplay photography seeking a fresh school style paired with 2D character recognition, this combination is indeed very pleasing, and given future opportunities, I'd love to try more dynamic snapshots to bring the character to life even further.
