[Venti cosplay] A Forest Stroll Woven with Wind Flowers and Poetry

Braving the blazing sun on the day of the shoot, I walked into the woods carrying my lyre. Because the costume was custom-tailored in advance with a complex waistband and cape structure, I had to repeatedly adjust the fit to ensure a proper silhouette. In particular, the white ruffled sleeves and the green hat ruffled easily with slight movements, and during strong winds, I had to make sure the hat wouldn't blow away. The wooden lyre prop had a noticeable heft in hand, especially when posing in an inviting reaching gesture while moving back and forth across muddy ground and tall grass. The outdoor photoshoot process was quite physically demanding; sitting or posing on the lawn in white stockings meant not only watching out for branches snagging the fabric, but also constantly checking that the diamond patterns over the knees stayed properly aligned. Post-processing mainly aimed to balance the harsh contrast caused by dappled tree shadows, where the photographer utilized backlighting to capture a gorgeous halo glow. For this birthday tribute photoshoot, I chose this refreshing green-and-white color palette, perfectly matching the wig's gradient and makeup to look natural and crisp in an outdoor environment. There were plenty of mosquitoes during the shoot, and crouching for two to three hours was tough, but seeing the final photos made it completely worthwhile. The forest photography setting was wonderfully serene, offering a natural vitality far more vivid than a studio backdrop. Since we needed to post on his birthday, many lighting details relied on the photographer's skilled fill light. I had always wanted to try a look immersed in natural outdoor vibes, and this one turned out to be a complete success.
