Putting on the pink wig and heterochromia lenses, wearing the cat ears and bell collar, and then slipping into this loose white off-the-shoulder sweatshirt and white tights, I instantly found that lazy yet slightly combative feeling of Hoshino-senpai. This time, I specially chose elements of cat ears and plush animal paws gloves, which adds a bit of soft, cute homey vibe to the overall look while restoring the character's lazy temperament. The wig was specially trimmed with layered wisps, and the curvature of the bangs stays as close as possible to the fluffy feel of the official splash art. Once the heterochromia lenses were in, it also became much easier for my gaze to enter the character's state. During the shoot, I tried interactive poses holding a Hoshino badge and plush paws; pushing up the glasses or tilting my head to look at the lens could beautifully catch that contrast of 'senpai is slacking off but still reliable.' The white top paired with cat paw print patterns, plus the large golden bell on the collar, keeps the details as clean and crisp as possible to avoid making the styling look too heavy. What I enjoy most in the process of cosplay is grasping the character's demeanor through clothing and accessories. Although this set of actions is simple, every single small prop can make the narrative feel of the frame more complete. I hope this group of shared photos can let everyone feel Hoshino's casual yet slightly dangerously cute atmosphere.
