Putting on this outfit of Ryuge Kisaki, my entire aura calmed down. The black top paired with golden patterns, along with the ID badge hanging from the chest, is packed with details. The color scheme of the white halter neck hem and blue braided cord is exceptionally refreshing. The twintails combined with that iconic cross nurse hat achieved a level of restoration that I'm quite satisfied with. For this shoot, a Chinese-style tea room was specially selected; its wooden lattice doors, round windows, and that warm yellow lantern fit perfectly with the Oriental charm carried by the character herself. In terms of props, I prepared the Go stone containers and stones myself, which, coordinated with this sitting posture, truly brings out a leisurely feel of playing a game of Go in a tea room. Controlling the light during the shoot was critical; aside from the main light, warm fill light was added to the side to make facial contours softer while highlighting the texture of the costume. Stepping barefoot onto the wooden floor, this detail also restores the character's casual yet slightly proud everyday state. Every time I do a cosplay, it's an immersive experienceâfrom makeup and hair to props and then to scenes, striving to bring the character's sense of atmosphere into reality. Having finished shooting this set of photos, my absolute favorite part is the overall color tone, retro and gentle, and I hope friends who like this character can feel my dedicated interpretation.
