A lot of thought went into recreating the character's temperament for this Formal dress cosplay of Shinano. From the choice of clothing materials to the decorative details, every step strives to bring out the dreamlike fantasy and elegance of the character's original design. The primary material chosen is a lightweight tulle with a pearlescent texture. Combined with a deep blue and silver-white gradient, it presents a flowing light effect resembling a starry galaxy under changing illumination. To ensure the visual outcome doesn't feel heavy, a layered design was specifically applied to the neckline and obi girdle, and the knotting style of the bow was referenced from the dynamic flow of the original artwork.

In handling the fox ears and tails for this animal ears cosplay, multiple materials were layered to increase fluffiness, and special attention was paid to the blending harmony between the fur and the main blue-and-white color palette. The styling of the wig features a gentle coverage in the front area according to the character's traits, further highlighting her soft temperament. The makeup combines warm-toned blush with cool-toned eyeshadow, attempting to add a touch of vitality onto the overall serene base.

The photoshoot setting utilized this large crescent moon installation and draped blue draperies. Choosing this framework structure was done in hopes of enhancing the dimensional feel of the frame through light and dark contrasts. In terms of matching props, no overly complex elements were added; instead, the intention was to let the lines of the draperies and the arc of the crescent moon accentuate the character's figure, making the entire frame look cleaner and more breathable.

Multiple distinct variations were tried for the posing. Standing poses emphasize the overall drape of the attire and the flowing feel of the skirt hem, while sitting poses focus more on demonstrating the nimble charm of the fox ears and the exquisite nature of the details, attempting to showcase the character's charm from different angles. Every click of the shutter is a deepening of the understanding and interpretation of the character. In the setting of Azur Lane, Shinano is a character full of charm and a unique aura. Completing this outfit coordination and photoshoot is a concrete expression of my perception of the character. The effect created by pairing this costume and props has truly materialized the character's atmospheric feel under the moonlight for this beautiful Azur Lane cosplay showcase.
