[Lumine cosplay] Meeting the real Mondstadt in the forests of Xinjiang

I was truly amazed by the scenery in Xinjiang; the pine forests and streams here perfectly recreate the atmosphere of Mondstadt from Genshin Impact. As a long-time player, I have always dreamed of recreating my beloved character in such magnificent natural landscapes, and I finally realized this wish through this trip, which was a highlight of my Xinjiang Tourism experience. Walking into this forest felt like instantly traveling to Teyvat; I truly felt like a real Traveler, searching for my own footprints on this vast land.

For this project, which serves as a great example of Aesthetic photography, I paid special attention to the details of the makeup and styling. Especially to reflect the cool and agile nature of Lumine, I did extensive research on facial makeup texture and costume material pairing. Under the natural light during this Outdoor photography session, the folds of the clothing and the texture of the accessories were displayed very delicately, fitting the character's temperament perfectly. Although traveling through the mountains to capture these poetic images was quite tiring, the moment I saw the final edited photos, all the fatigue vanished.

This immersive experience is the greatest motivation for our creative work. Being able to resonate with the character in such real, beautiful natural scenery—this satisfaction of transcending dimensions cannot be fully described in words. This is not just a simple shoot, but a real adventure I completed together with the game character, recording the wonderful moments that belong to us.
