For this Yin Ziping Lanting Yue outfit, from the moment I received it to actually putting it on, I spent quite a bit of time organizing the details. The main body of the garment features an interwoven base of deep purple and royal blue, with a large-scale blue-and-white floral embroidery right across the front that boasts rich layering. To maintain a great state before the lens, I secured the inner wear extensively against wardrobe malfunctions, especially around the high-slit area, adding white lace short shorts to guarantee freedom of movement. The sleeves are white semi-transparent long sleeve covers, featuring blue-purple petal-shaped three-dimensional decorations at the shoulders, which add a graceful floating feel when walking or striking poses.

Regarding the wig, I selected a basic long straight black model, styling some hair bundles up on both sides, matched with pink floral hair accessories. The makeup focus centered on blue pupils and eye makeup, with the blush applied relatively prominently, hoping to align closely with the character's temperament. During the shoot, I needed to wear high heels or go barefoot while striking various postures, which genuinely tests core strength.

The props utilized for this shoot included a long sword adorned with cyan-blue patterns and a black-and-gold colored lace folding fan. The sword hilt featured circular decorations and a cyan-green long tassel; the action in the pictures of raising the sword over my head required numerous takes to lock down the most extended and comfortable angle for the arms and shoulders. The addition of the folding fan aimed to enhance the elegance of the frame, but holding it steadily with one hand while coordinating the gaze similarly required repeated adjustments.

Photographer Teacher Qingfeng Photography V demonstrated exceptional control over light and shadow. We shot inside a low-key indoor studio, leveraging rim lighting to trace out the silhouettes of the body and garment. The dark background brilliantly highlighted the patterns on the costume and the metallic texture of the sword blade. Throughout the shooting process, the teacher pointed out numerous postural details, such as how to adjust the placement of my shoulders or where to direct my gaze to project a stronger aura. Coordinated with the lighting, I needed to relax my body as much as possible while keeping my neck and waist-back upright to showcase the garment's tailoring and body curves.

Releasing this photo set involved a long period of preparation and adjustment beforehand, from how to wear the costume to how to grip the props; every single step demanded patience. Being able to record these details through the lens was an immensely fulfilling experience.
