This time, I visited the booth for the Honkai: Star Rail and White Rabbit Creamy Candy collaboration, cosplaying Hyacinthia. To capture this pink-haired, twin-tailed character, I chose a wig featuring cyan-gradient highlights. When trimming, I deliberately preserved layers at the ends so that, once tied into twin-tails, the hair would boast natural bounce and curves with every step. For makeup, the focus was placed on the eyes, using bright blue colored contacts paired with pink blush; to match the sweet White Rabbit Creamy Candy collaboration vibe, the base makeup was kept translucent and fresh to avoid looking heavy on camera.
In terms of wardrobe, this collaborative chunky white cable-knit cardigan had exceptional texture. The red and blue geometric knit motifs on the sleeves and hemline were packed with detail, while the red sailor-collared top and blue tie worn beneath provided a bold, vibrant color contrast. To complement the overarching academic collegiate aesthetic, I chose white pleated shorts and slipped into white knee-high socks with blue stripes (White stockings), paired with black platform Mary Janes and red bows—which not only elongated my leg lines but also kept walking completely stable.
While posing at the booth, I channeled Hyacinthia's playful and spirited personality, using poses like lifting one leg, cradling my chin with both hands, or making cute hand signs to bring dynamic vitality to the ensemble. The booth's soft blue palette harmonized seamlessly with the cartoon standees, and paired with the gentle ambient lighting, the photogenic hit rate was remarkably high. The collaboration between White Rabbit Creamy Candy and Honkai: Star Rail was clearly crafted with great care in costume design and accessory coordination; from the cardigan's knit textures to the portable bunny charm, everything grounded the character's real-life portrayal effortlessly, reminiscent of the vibrant joy found in an Anime float parade.
To capture photos across various depths, we explored close-up and full-body compositions. Close-ups focused on facial makeup and accessory nuances, while full-body shots emphasized the garment's overall silhouette and the sock-shoe pairing. The entire shoot was genuinely enjoyable with fantastic on-site vibes, and I hope these photos share this pure 2D anime happiness with everyone!
