For this bunny girl cosplay of Jeanne d'Arc from Fate/Grand Order, we specially selected a vintage bar as our backdrop, nailing the overall atmospheric mood perfectly.

The set design required quite a bit of thought: the massive wooden ship helm in the background, shelves brimming with liquor bottles across the bar, along with small barrels and scattered crystal accents on the tables, all fit the nautical theme seamlessly while adding rich layers to the composition. The lighting came from warm-yellow pendant lamps that cast a rich texture over the subject, though it also increased the challenge of focusing and metering. As a result, I constantly coordinated positions with the photographer throughout the shoot to ensure natural facial lighting and to keep the blue tone of the eyes rendered accurately.

The garment details are very striking. The white bunny ears with blue patterns and plush fur edges look exceptionally delicate. The outfit mainly features a blue-and-white form-fitting suit adorned with gold embroidery across the chest, infusing a touch of luxury into the character's aloof demeanor. I was also very pleased with the detail on the long gloves. Paired with white stockings, showcasing the leg lines cleanly on camera proved demanding, requiring constant mindfulness of sitting and standing postures to prevent uneven light reflections on the stocking fabric.

Posing for this set was actually quite tiring, as I had to hold a raised wine glass continuously, tilting the wrist slightly so the liquid refracted flattering halos of light. Simultaneously, strict expression management was essential: because Jeanne inherently possesses the aura of a holy maiden, she shouldn't appear overly coquettish, but rather exude a resolute, cool elegance. Conveying this contrasting balance through my gaze into the lens was the core challenge of the shoot.

Post-processing focused primarily on harmonizing the warm tones throughout the image and deepening shadow areas in the background to make the subject pop, giving the skin texture a clear, luminous look. Looking at the finished piece, the collision between the vintage environment and the bunny girl aesthetic created a fascinating result. Coordination with the team was seamless, from set dressing to prop nuances, and the final delivery matched my expectations completely.
