[Arturia cosplay] Arknights Virtuosa's White Chiffon and Black Wings

Bringing Arturia (Virtuosa cosplay) from Arknights to life required two full weeks of meticulous prop preparation and set styling. The massive cello-scythe hybrid instrument and the sharp geometric black wings behind my back were vastly heavier than they appear on camera.

The wardrobe followed a strict black, white, and gold Gothic style palette: a tailored white coat over a black pleated skirt accented with gold geometric trims, layered over shimmering silver-white ruffled underskirts. The long straight black wig featured golden streak highlights and blunt bangs, crowned with a jagged black halo headband. Black formal gauntlets with gold embroidered sigils covered the arms, leading down to sheer Black stockings and patent pointed heels. Seated poses with legs crossed paired with Black stockings visually elongated leg lines, creating sleek textural synergy against the monochrome set.

Props presented extreme challenges: the cello instrument merged classical string details with sharp scythe-like prongs, carrying substantial physical weight, while the wings were carved from rigid board with razor-sharp contours. Maintaining upright spinal poise while bracing the weapon prevented camera shake. Eye makeup was sharply sculpted with darkened corners, casting aloof down-angled glances while bowing the instrument. Framed by translucent white chiffon drapes, Roman pillars, candle pedestals, and hard blue-tinted rim lights, this Arknights Virtuosa cosplay balanced austere grandeur with sacred, lethal poise.
