[Altria cosplay] Fate Blue and White Porcelain Themed Convention Photos

During the National Day holiday, I collaborated with photographer Yuzhan to capture these Blue and white porcelain themed convention photos of Altria cosplay. The design of this outfit is truly captivating: fusing the classic blue-on-white palette with the tailoring of a modified qipao, featuring a halter off-the-shoulder cut and midriff cutouts that preserve traditional charm while infusing modern edge. To honor the signature traits of the King of Knights, I styled long blonde locks with the iconic ahoge, deepening blush and eye makeup paired with blue contact lenses to retain Altria's sharp resolve beneath the gentle porcelain aesthetic. The lower half paired White stockings with white platform high heels, demanding thoughtful choreography alongside the sweeping motion of the oversized bell sleeves.

The shooting location was an industrial-style warehouse; cool overhead fixtures and gray concrete floors forged a stark visual contrast against the porcelain-inspired attire. Posing drew inspiration from Saber's classic stances—drawing out the wide sleeves with both hands to project a stance of welcome and poise. Shooting Convention photo sets thoroughly tests expressive control, as complex ambient lighting requires rapid posture adjustments while minding garment drape and the lines of the high slit. To achieve dynamic arcs across the sleeves and skirt hem, the photographer and I tested sleeve-flipping motions repeatedly, leveraging torso twists and gaze directions to amplify stage presence.

The textile texture rendered exquisitely before the lens, with intricate floral prints standing out sharply under cool illumination, while the high-slit tailoring flattered leg lines during movement. To align with the overall mood, I kept my back straight with my center of gravity slightly grounded, letting the long gown drape fluidly while projecting alert dignity. Posing demanded extra care to prevent tripping in high heels while sustaining disciplined facial expressions. Overall, it was a thoroughly delightful session; though the venue was cavernous and chilly, the finished frames are deeply satisfying. I look forward to exploring more diverse crossover styles and sharing further cosplay journeys with everyone.
