In the early summer park, the greenery and light play coordinate perfectly, freezing this white and purple makeup and styling setup in the middle of these hydrangea bushes. Regarding this set of photos, it actually took quite a long time to prepare from deciding on the character to the final output. I mainly want to share some minor details about the shoot, costume, makeup, and props with everyone.

Regarding the clothing, the overall piece is a spliced design of white and pale purple. To fit the character's temperament, the upper body cut selected a relatively soft off-the-shoulder style, combining with the stand-collar structure of the neck and minor details on the chest, attempting to visually create a look that is elegant yet slightly cool. We paid special attention to the drape of the sleeve covers' design, because the character herself has many lightweight, flowing movements. I specifically selected satin and chiffon materials with a subtle luster to pair together; the reflection effect under natural light is highly ideal, possessing a smooth weightiness without looking overly heavy. The purple borders and lacing details can also be counted as finishing touches.

Costume, makeup, and the wig are a major focus. This silver-white long hair indeed took a lot of thought to manage. First is the length; the hair volume on a single side needs to be enough to present that light, flowing airy feel, so for this wig cap, we selected a style with moderate strand density that is easy to shape. To recreate the white flower hair accessory on the side of the head and the braiding details, nearly forty minutes were spent at the location before shooting just to adjust the flow of the hair strands. For the makeup, I was relatively restrained; the base makeup pursued a clean, translucent look, focusing on emphasizing the layering of the eye makeup, using a faint reddish-toned eyeshadow to form a warm-and-cool contrast against the white and purple color scheme of the clothing, avoiding the paleness easily brought by white hair. The elf ears were also worn to ensure a natural fit without generating an obvious skin tone gap, adding perfectly to this silver hair cosplay.

The shooting location was selected on a shaded path where hydrangeas were in full bloom for this hydrangea photoshoot. In the first picture, I specially prepared a white-and-purple wrapped bouquet matching the clothing's color scheme as a prop. The bouquet's wrapping paper selected a semi-translucent wrinkled material paired with a few elegant decorative flowers, which can increase the richness of the frame without overshadowing the subject. The second picture is a snapshot under a natural state; at that moment, a gentle breeze just happened to blow past, making the silver-white hair strands scatter naturally in the air, and the photographer precisely captured that split second. I am personally extra satisfied with the second picture's composition; the hydrangeas in the foreground and the figure's positioning just right form a sense of depth, with the entire figure beautifully enveloped by the environment, leaving no cramped feel of being cut off at the edges.

Regarding that sentence in the post, "Lia was born for happiness," I gained a deeper understanding of these words when doing this character. She possesses a kind of pure goodwill and a gentle response to the world. In front of the camera, I tried my best to discard redundant distracting thoughts, imagining that she simply existed within this scenery full of vitality. The lightweight clothing and the dynamic movement of the silver hair drifting with the wind all strived to faithfully recreate that dust-free transparency inherent to the character. After the final photos came out, I indeed felt that faint healing power. The photographer's composition was very clever, preserving ample environmental space to let the character naturally blend in rather than posing abruptly for outdoor portrait photography.

The presentation of this cosplay set is not only a replication of the styling, but more of a transmission of emotion and atmosphere. Without complex light and shadow special effects, relying entirely on natural light, real plants, and the character's own state, I hope the final presented images allow everyone to feel this crisp freshness and serenity belonging to early summer.
