During the brief interval waiting for a car at a Chongqing guesthouse, I pulled off this 5-minute quick photoshoot—short on time, but packed with atmosphere. The courtyard has a naturally moist, lush greenery to it; gravel paths and wooden decks paired with clusters of hydrangeas and rattan chairs formed the exact lazy outdoor scene I had envisioned. For the outfit, I chose a white off-the-shoulder knit top and a ruffled miniskirt—crisp and breathable. The pink hair for this Pink hair cosplay was styled into a low side braid, topped with a small straw hat adorned with sunflower and daisy elements, creating an overall color palette that complemented the green foliage backdrop perfectly.
The biggest surprise of the day was a little calico kitten that suddenly scampered over; completely unafraid of strangers, it kept circling around my feet. A few candid shots were taken the moment I squatted down to tease it with my fingers, and the Cat interaction as the kitten leaned in was truly healing. There is also a close-up looking up at the pink hydrangeas that captures an emotional mood I really adore. Sunlight filtered gently through the leaf canopy onto my face, requiring no deliberate posing—simply resting quietly felt completely natural and comfortable.
For this Outdoor portrait photography session, we barely used artificial lighting; relying entirely on natural light resulted in a wonderfully clear and translucent texture. In the composition, we deliberately left some foreground foliage blurred to add depth and layering. Balancing positioning, playing with the cat, and adjusting facial expressions within five minutes was quite a test of quick reflexes, but luckily the final selected shots turned out very natural. Although it was just a quick Arknights Goldenglow cosplay shoot done while waiting for a ride, every photo faithfully recorded the genuine relaxation of that lovely afternoon.
