Let's cut straight to the chase; releasing a set of Kasugano Sora cosplay photos this time.

Before the shoot, based specifically on this character's temperament, a guesthouse renovated from an old Japanese-style house was chosen. Wooden-structured buildings have the best natural light, which, cooperating with tatami mats and paper sliding doors, naturally sets off that serene and slightly cool home atmosphere. For the costume, this white slip dress was chosen; the black bows at the neckline and chest are the finishing touch, forming a black-and-white contrast with the long white hair, looking highly clean visually, making for a perfect Japanese-style photoshoot.

This gray rabbit plush prop actually has quite a background, and I deliberately brought it to the venue as a companion during the shoot. The gray fur texture paired with the white ribbon matches the character's form of existence beautifully.

This shoot captured several different states. One photo shows me sitting cross-legged on the floor, stretching upward; the exact second of stretching allows one to feel the character's laziness in a relaxed state. The second shows me standing while holding the plush high above my head, where the action of turning sideways and tiptoeing elongates the entire body lines—this lightweight feel fits perfectly with the clear setting of a little sister character. As for the one selected as the cover, it's an angle squatting on the floor while hugging my knees, with a relatively quiet gaze looking directly into the lens. The natural exposure of bare feet and legs, combined with the wooden floor and the warm light filtering through the doors and windows, exudes a summer staying-at-home vibe overall.

I was very conservative with the makeup, keeping the base makeup as clear and translucent as possible. The eyebrows and eyes weren't drawn too heavily, mainly leaving a slight lazy downward trend at the outer corners of the eyes. Paired with light-colored contacts and an extremely pale lip color, it targets that slightly frail yet pure white-haired beautiful girl texture from the Galgame. The wig was trimmed and styled with added layers to allow it to cascade naturally on both sides of the cheeks.

Shooting this type of photo doesn't actually require over-exaggerated movements; the key is to completely relax oneself and imagine living in this old wooden house. When I sat by the corridor with the plush on my lap, the moment captured by the photographer displayed an emotional flow that required absolutely no acting. I think a huge charm of cosplay lies right here: putting on the character's clothes, stepping into the character's environment, without any forced effort, where tiny glances and postures can convey the character's personality.

This set of photos didn't undergo too much complex post-processing; the focus was on restoring the on-site wood grains, human skin texture, and the warmth of light and shadow. I hope this work allows people to instantly recognize that this is Kasugano Sora, feeling her quiet and slightly clingy trait while experiencing a sense of relaxation within a peaceful space. The shooting process went very smoothly, and the overall output texture and atmosphere reached my expectations.
