The prep work that morning took extensive effort—styling the blonde twin tails alone took ages to balance layering and airy volume while constantly adjusting the bangs, and clear glasses were an absolute necessity for that signature glasses-adjusting gesture. The red bows on the uniform had to be centered precisely; I spent quite a while straightening the collar bow, the sleeves had delicate lace trims, and the red ribbons on the wrists were hand-stitched by myself after buying them just to match the original art faithfully. For legwear, I intentionally chose matte, semi-sheer White stockings to avoid artificial LED-like glare under studio lights while maintaining a sleek, smooth texture.

We picked a real classroom for the location because I adore the look of afternoon sunlight pouring through the windows; when the light hit the White stockings, the soft translucence made my leg lines look remarkably straight. We captured five sets of poses: Image 1 is a well-behaved standing pose, Image 2 sits on a chair adjusting glasses, Image 3 leans forward standing on a desk, Image 4 sits cross-legged on a desk, and Image 5 steps onto a chair to extend the leg line outward. I highlighted Image 5 because that exact angle beautifully captured the flounces of the skirt and the length of the legs, with the white stockings delivering strong visual punch. I've done other studio and outdoor shoots before, but this authentic classroom setting felt the most genuine, and skin texture under natural light looked wonderfully real without heavy retouching. Loving her personality made embodying her feel very relaxed.

As a cosplayer based in Shanghai, I've always wanted to shoot a bright, slice-of-life set like this, making it a very memorable project. When selecting the final cuts, my favorite remained the overhead angle standing on the desk; paired with a slight forward lean and looking up into the lens, it truly captured that subtle tsundere charm. The shoot was a fantastic experience without rushing against the clock, moving along at the natural rhythm of her personality.
