This shoot features Blanc: White Rabbit cosplay from Goddess of Victory: New Hope. The overall look uses a classic Winter snow scene cosplay setup, featuring silver-white twin-tail wigs matched with headwear adorned with white plush balls, alongside signature soft reddish eye makeup that instantly creates a cheerful winter ambiance. The top is a cropped white plush jacket with thickened fur trim around cuffs and collar for a cozy feel. Golden metal buckles and frog closures decorate the front, adding refinement to the white ensemble. A black armband sits on the left sleeve, echoing the overall black-and-white palette. The lower half features sheer Black stockings cosplay styling; the delicate texture and skin transparency of black tights create a striking material contrast with the fluffy top, while the smoothing effect of the stockings makes leg lines look graceful and natural.
The outdoor location was set in a man-made snowy layout, featuring a retro wooden cabin covered in heavy snow and a few snow-dusted faux pine trees. Snow and wooden logs were simulated underfoot, while a giant plush teddy bear sat on the left as a companion prop, giving the whole scene a warm and gentle feel. The white prop gun held in hand served as a key visual accessory for this shoot—to clarify in advance, this gun is a completely harmless toy gun used safely throughout the shoot purely as a visual element fitting her character lore.
This shoot was a collaboration with photographer Yongzhe, who excels at handling cool-toned imagery. Under reflections from the snow scene, light fell softly across face and stockings, resulting in a clean, bright visual devoid of deep shadows that rendered skin translucent. For poses, I experimented with two distinct states. In sitting poses, leaning beside the big bear with legs slightly bent focused on displaying leg lines, where black stockings and white plush clothing created rich visual layers. In standing poses, holding the toy gun with one hand while placing one foot on a wooden log forged a focused yet subtly powerful composition within the snow setting.
Shooting such a winter theme requires overcoming difficulties to keep natural expressions in cold environments. Especially when wearing relatively thin attire on the lower body, standing on snow easily leads to slipping, making core balance crucial. Luckily, the white plush top was thick enough to keep me in good condition despite the cold outdoors. Regarding eye makeup, to make the character pop against pure white snow scenes, I added red pearl eyeshadow accents paired with light-colored contact lenses, giving her gaze an agile and brilliant sparkle for this Cute style cosplay portrayal.
For this interpretation of Blanc: White Rabbit cosplay, I placed great value on restoring her lively, pure, yet energetic charm. Every outfit detail, from plush ball placements to cuff lengths, underwent meticulous adjustments to present optimal visual effects before the lens. The entire process was a delightful Winter snow scene cosplay creation where scenery, costume, and lighting harmonized smoothly, yielding photos matching my envisioned style. This winter-rich photo set serves as a sincere tribute to the character and work.
