Since the bento prop was already prepared, I casually shot a set of interactions holding food in the stairwell. The concept for this photo series is actually very simple; I just wanted to recreate that sense of relaxation Yanami Anna has in her everyday school life. Personally, I especially love the angle of holding out the fried chicken chunk in the first picture because it perfectly captures the extension of both sight and movement, while also showcasing the overall effect of this school uniform combination.
Speaking of the costume, the white shirt and greyish-blue pleated skirt form the core of this JK uniform, and the color scheme of the bow tie was specially chosen as a yellow-and-blue color-block design that is very close to the original, which looks incredibly refreshing to wear. As for the blue hair, I put some thought into trimming the layers of the wig, especially the bangs and sideburns, making them fit the face shape naturally without looking too heavy. I've always felt that Anna's cute points lie not only in her everyday jealous expressions but more in her somewhat casual and authentic personality. Therefore, I didn't intentionally strike too many high-difficulty poses during the shoot, focusing instead on capturing the moments of eating in a relaxed state.
I also want to praise the lighting chosen by the photographer. The afternoon sunlight streamed in through the glass windows of the stairwell, casting the shadows of the iron grid onto the ground beside me. This added a lot of soft texture to the photos and gave the entire scene highly distinct layers. The bento box and fried chicken chunks used for the shoot were also specially prepared props; holding them while looking up to eat or making a finger-heart gesture brought the atmosphere of the frame incredibly close to the casual, slightly humorous vividness seen in the anime.
Since I wanted to recreate the character's unique "foodie" temperament as much as possible, the low-angle shot in the second picture heavily tested my facial expression control; the moment of slightly opening my mouth had to look natural rather than forced. This kind of snapshot requires multiple rounds of coordination with the photographer to build a great mutual understanding. I believe that as a cosplayer, the most important thing is that when people see this piece of Anime-style photography, they instantly think of the original character from Too Many Losing Heroines! rather than just thinking it's a pretty portrait, so we pay great attention to details and emotions. The overall shooting experience this time was pretty good, and the combination of Bento daily life props and the school-style scene truly made me feel like I was on a class break, offering a full sense of immersion.
