To faithfully recreate Yae Miko's Japanese aesthetic, considerable craftsmanship was invested in every wardrobe and prop detail. The signature pink wig was trimmed with rich dimensional layering, while the gold ornaments atop the head and the sapphire drop pendants beside the ears were securely anchored. In makeup, to complement the cascading pink hair, the eye styling heavily featured soft pink and subtle crimson blending, harmonized with vivid blue circle lenses to make the gaze captivating and spirited. The outer corners of the eyes were intentionally elongated to channel the seductive charm of a kitsune gaze. The base foundation was kept luminous and fair, preserving flawless skin texture under indoor lighting. For the outfit, I chose a wide-sleeved grey-white haori finished with subtle jacquard patterns, layered over a white halter top. The golden Electro Vision ornament on the chest boasted remarkable metallic presence, and the crimson trims adhered strictly to the original tailoring. The high-slit, red-and-grey paneled skirt on the lower half challenged every movement, revealing leg lines with the slightest shift. To convey Lady Guuji's effortless allure before the lens, I practiced seated postures extensively—such as reclining sideways along the wooden engawa veranda or lightly drawing up one knee to let the slit skirt drape naturally, gracefully accentuating the contours of the ankle and calf.

Regarding footwear, the red-and-black platform geta sandals were visually striking, though balancing center of gravity during steps proved tricky; keeping my instep deliberately pointed was necessary to elongate leg lines on camera. Props served as the crowning touch: the red-and-white wagasa paper umbrella enriched the frame's color palette while diffusing harsh light to sculpt soft, gentle facial shadows. The gohei wand in hand was assembled entirely by hand; its red-and-white shide paper streamers fluttered with featherlight ease during shooting, and striking ritualistic spellcasting poses immediately summoned the majestic authority of a Shinto Guuji.

The entire shoot was staged in a traditional Japanese room featuring shoji screens, tatami mats, and wooden verandas, complemented by gravel reminiscent of a karesansui zen garden to dial Inazuma's immersion to the maximum. The set was adorned with numerous cherry blossom paper umbrellas in red and white, artfully staggered across the background. To inject kinetic flow, countless pink petals were scattered across the wooden floorboards or used as soft foreground bokeh, conjuring a dreamy shower of falling blossoms. Yae Miko's most elusive trait is her gaze and temperament: she possesses the noble elegance of a Grand Narukami Shrine maiden, intertwined with the sly cunning and languid composure of a fox. During shooting, through subtle head tilts, upward sidelong glances, or resting my chin on one hand, I channeled that nonchalant yet omnipotent, commanding presence. Every frame—from lighting and set design down to micro-adjustments in posture—underwent relentless trial and error. The soft halo around the rim of the paper umbrella and the refractions of light across the timber floorboards endowed the final photographs with a mesmerizing, dreamlike boundary between reality and fantasy.
