For makeup, I chose a fair, matte base, because under the strong lights of a studio shoot, a dewy skin finish easily over-reflects and looks greasy. The white cylindrical prop in hand has a very solid grip, with three-dimensional grooved textures on the surface. Although the shooting process was somewhat exhausting, seeing the final photos in the studio made me feel that all the preparation work was worth it.
