[Tribbie cosplay] Honkai: Star Rail, complete form Tribios convention record

This time at the anime convention, I brought out the complete form look of Tribbie (Tribios) from Honkai: Star Rail, and compiled this set of Convention photos with the emotional tone of "parting the mists of Amphoreus." Since it was my first time attempting this mythical style with red hair and elf ears, quite a bit of effort went into early preparation. The overall outfit selected a classic mythical color scheme of white and gold; the light gauze fabric gave the whole look a more ethereal quality without losing divine purity. The gold embroidery at the neckline and chest, along with the multi-layered metal armlets stacked on my arms, caught the indoor top lighting at the convention quite nicely.

Special thanks to my makeup artist and post-processing editor CN Chongyang! The eye makeup was handled very naturally this time; the subtle redness under the eyes paired with blue contact lenses balanced the strong visual impact of the red hair perfectly, giving my gaze a gentle yet firm, almost compassionate expression that closely matches the character. The elf ears prosthetics adhered smoothly without noticeable edge marks. The red wig was specifically trimmed around the bangs and hair ends to ensure the character's signature silhouette remained intact even when bowing or turning my head.

During the shoot, photographer CN Li Shizhen captured the moment I interacted with the white flower hairpiece and golden armlet in my hand. Expressing that detached yet grounded sense of fate—"crossing the remains of gods, wandering among mortals"—isn't something achievable by simple posing alone. When trying the posture of covering my chest with one hand while extending the other arm slowly toward the camera, I actually simulated that line from the game in my mind: "Parting the dark mist to guide thousands of paths." I hope this photo with an open palm conveys a mood where invitation and salvation coexist.

However, in the actual indoor shooting environment of the convention, the background curtains and wall panels left noticeable shadows due to harsh lighting. This was a key part that editor CN Chongyang focused on balancing during retouches. While preserving the lighting texture and metal reflections on the costume, he softened facial shadows to make the overall color tone appear gentler, preventing heavy light and shadow from ruining the character's sense of lightness.

The metal armlets and belt worn this time had a noticeable weight during movement, requiring continuous adjustments to maintain a smooth visual effect without tilting. After shooting several sets of poses, although there were no overly complex physical movements, maintaining an elongated posture for a long time still left my neck and shoulders a bit sore. My personal favorite in this set is the photo with my hand resting on my chest; it reflects both the character's introspection and extends the visual focus through the golden arm ornaments with top-notch texture. The white skirt hem was easy to step on at the convention venue, so I had to hold the skirt up and walk in small steps most of the time; fortunately, the photographer caught great timing, capturing a very natural draping effect in the final shots.

Being able to present a beloved character in reality through such a dedicated approach is deeply meaningful in itself. In organizing this work, I also relived the grand and compassionate narrative carried by the character. Although the venue environment was simple, through the team's full collaboration, the final result made all the effort feel completely worthwhile. The tranquility and philosophy flowing through the final Convention photos fully met my expectations for this cosplay.
