[Blue Archive cosplay] Texture Presentation of Silver-White Hair Sailor Suit and Red Halo

This shoot mainly revolves around the cool yet slightly mysterious atmosphere found in Blue Archive. The core color tone of the entire frame was set to dark blue, pure white, and black. To prevent these large areas of cool tones from looking too dull, I intentionally intensified the blush rendering in the makeup, while choosing light-colored contact lenses to increase the transparency of the eyes, creating a soft yet slightly aloof temperament. The wig is a custom silver-white hair long straight style. To increase detail, I braided a thin small braid on the left side, fixed with a black headband, so even if the bangs slightly cover the eyes, the layering of the styling remains distinct. In terms of clothing, this dark blue sailor suit underwent minor adjustments in its pattern to make the shoulder lines fit my own frame better. The collar and cuffs maintained the classic white lines, paired with a white bow tie, giving the overall look a strong uniform feel. To make the arm lines have more layering in the frame, I matched it with black half-sleeve covers, which echo the dark tones of the sailor suit while adding a cool element. The skirt is a regular dark pleated skirt with the length controlled at the middle of the thighs, allowing natural skirt folds to form when sitting down. A black jacket was draped over the back without being fully worn, hanging loosely behind the arms to break the stiffness and make the scene more casual. Props and accessories are the finishing touch of this styling. The white bow hair accessory on top of the head features a black circle pattern, forming a strong red, white, and black contrast with the floating red halo. To make the halo look natural during shooting, it was fixed above the top of the head slightly towards the back using transparent fishing line. A black long-handled umbrella was placed next to it, with the handle resting on the wooden floor; this tough prop colliding with the soft girlishness makes the visual tension of the entire photo even stronger. Dark wooden floors and a wooden background were chosen for the shooting, with natural light hitting from the front-side, forming nice shadows on the floor and making the image's three-dimensional feel stronger. I tried sitting sideways and slightly lowering my head, legs together and tilted to one side; the bare-leg state on the wooden floor exudes a natural, everyday feel, with toes slightly curled to add a touch of liveliness. Actually, when doing anime-style photography with such specific stylistic settings, the most important thing is to capture the atmosphere while balancing the realism of details. From the hair strand flow of the wig to the folds of the skirt, and the placement angles of the props, everything needs to be adjusted and polished bit by bit. Often, to wait for the right light, one tries different angles and postures repeatedly in the scene until every element in the frame reaches a harmonious state. This styling and scene matching also aims to present a visual experience between the everyday and the extraordinary, presenting a special quiet atmosphere in a textured wooden space.
