This Hatsune Miku Flower Basket Valley shoot was truly healing, and it's a visual style I've been extremely fond of recently. To restore this gorgeous yet lightweight dress, we put a lot of consideration into the fabric materials, specially emphasizing the layered design with a semi-transparent texture, aiming to perfectly match the ethereal and dreamlike atmosphere of the scene.
During the actual shooting process, to capture the agile sense of light and shadow flowing through the flowers, I communicated with the photography team repeatedly regarding the composition, with the core objective of expressing the artistic conception of an "elf entering a dream." The framing of every single shot, whether it was the details of the bouquet held in hand or the background decorations by my side, strove for a high degree of unity with the environmental colors. Under the reflection of bright natural light and shadow, that touch of iconic teal hair color blended perfectly with the surrounding white and light blue flowers. Although the shooting process consumed a lot of effort in capturing light/shadow and post-production color calibration, seeing the visual effects of the final photos instantly healed all my fatigue. Every single frame of the photos attempts to capture that lightness and softness, hoping to let everyone visually feel that agile color, immersing together into this dreamlike Flower Basket Valley.
