The core concept behind this custom outfit was striking a balance between an everyday uniform look and demonic character elements. I spent a long time picking out the wig, ultimately settling on this rich, highly saturated crimson wig that catches the light with great texture. Paired with over-ear headphones and small bat-wing hair clips on both sides, it echoes the character's traits while injecting a modern touch. Aiming for a mysterious vibe, I used an anime-style face mask to cover my face, which turned out surprisingly well.
For the wardrobe, the inner layer is a basic long-sleeve white button-down shirt; the key is keeping the fabric crisp and structured so layering the black vest on top doesn't look slouched. The red necktie is the crowning touch, matching the wig's hue to unify the entire coordinate. I chose a tailored, cropped black vest that cinches the waist nicely, contrasting with the flared skirt to accentuate the waistline. The skirt features a black multi-tiered pleated design, with white lace trim along the hem providing rich detail. Walking or lifting the skirt to reveal the lace trims keeps the all-black lower half from looking monotonous.
To amplify the devilish persona, the black bat wings on the back and the tail are the soul of the look. The wings are made from a PU leather-like material with a subtle sheen, secured to my shoulders and vest with clear straps so they stay invisible from the front. The tail contains an internal bendable wire that lets me pose it freely. For the legs, I chose opaque Black stockings pantyhose; this fabric not only provides warmth, but also visually smooths and elongates the leg lines, blending seamlessly with the dark palette of the vest and skirt. On my feet are simple black closed-toe mules; I originally intended to swap them out, but felt this loungewear footwear added an effortless, relaxed vibe that created an adorable gap-moe contrast with the slightly ornate attire.
During the shoot, I focused on two main poses. Standing straight with hands clasped gently in front gave off a demure, quiet demeanor. The other pose—holding up the skirt hem with both hands while resting lightly on the ball of one foot—better displayed the skirt's voluminous layers and lace details while accentuating the leg silhouette. In selecting accessories, I balanced complexity and minimalism: the headpieces, wings, and tail complete the demonic motif, while the main outfit stays grounded in a clean black, white, and red palette, using subtle accents like vest buttons and lace trims to elevate refinement. The clash of varied textures was the highlight of styling this coordinate—the matte finish of the cotton shirt, the tactile weave of the vest, the gentle drape of the skirt, and the smooth sleekness of the Black stockings pantyhose combined to deliver rich visual depth. Overall, even though this set was styled entirely from existing pieces, a lot of thought went into color coordination and proportion, staying true to the character's elements while incorporating my own take on everyday fashion.
