This set of official photos for Evanescia is finally sorted out, and I particularly love the overall atmosphere of this studio setup. The scene is arranged with a strong poetic feel; that giant full moon behind me serves as the primary light source, coating the entire space in a hazy halo. Paired with the nearby Japanese paper umbrella and traditional lanterns, and embellished with a few scattered cherry blossom branches, the sense of immersion was instantly created. This costume has rich layers, with white and dark blue as the main color scheme, accented by a red bowtie and cuffs, along with the patterns on the waist and the cinched waist details, making it look very sharp visually. The small accessories this time were also handled quite well; whether it's the waist ornaments or the cherry blossom pattern thigh ring on the leg, they all stay as close as possible to the original design details. During the shoot, I held that cherry blossom-painted weapon and three-color dango in my hands, paired with white gloves, which made the character's temperament feel more distinct. Since the set was arranged on tatami mats, I tried several different postures including barefoot and wearing black tights; sitting cross-legged or stretching casually actually tests body lines quite a bit, but fortunately, the final photos look relaxed and natural. For makeup, I chose relatively soft eyeshadow to match the pink wig, and the hairstyle was given some fluffy layered processing, hoping to present her cool yet slightly playful maiden feel. I quite like the few shots of standing and holding the weapon while looking into the camera, where the coordination of composition and light and shadow outlined the silhouette just right. There are also shots of leaning on a wooden stool playing with the dango, which captured a very relaxed sense of daily life. In short, this shooting experience was very comfortable; the tone of the final photos is warm and the light and shadow are soft, and I feel that the unique charm of the character was steadily grasped.
