This set of Furina photos was shot in an indoor studio with a pure white and deep blue background setting. That day, a fairly classical European-style afternoon tea scene was arranged: a deep blue velvet sofa paired with a small white round table and soft-colored desserts. The atmosphere created was indeed very close to the character's dramatic elegance and splendor.

To restore her iconic white and blue short hair, I took a long time to trim the wig, ensuring the curves of the bangs and sideburns fit the soft lighting effect we wanted in the studio as closely as possible. Customizing the hat and clothing was the centerpiece of the whole styling. The blue coat used a stiffer fabric to support the shoulder lines; the gold badges, trimming, and brooch—every tiny hardware piece was restored one by one according to the official art. The inner black high-neck layer and shorts grounded the blue and white highlights in terms of tone, keeping the overall look anchored. The blue teardrop pendant around the neck also felt quite substantial.

Honestly, shooting this outfit in the dead of summer was a bit stuffy and hot, especially after getting fully suited up in the entire ensemble. The biggest challenge was actually the hat's stability—after all, it had many ribbons and bow decorations, so every time I turned my head or looked down, I had to pay special attention to make sure it wouldn't fall off. The leg straps and metal buckles also took about half an hour of repeated testing to adjust to a position that was both flattering without pinching skin. The shoes were custom-made black thick-heeled pumps; once the large white ruffle lace sock covers were added at the ankles, the overall dreamy feel immediately leveled up.

The most embarrassing yet fun little episode was rushing out the door and completely forgetting to bring the character's matching gloves. According to the original lore design, she wears very exquisite white gloves. I only discovered this issue upon arriving at the shoot location to get changed, and at that moment I was truly left crying without tears. I made an urgent call to my assistant helper, but it was too late to send them over, so throughout this set of photos I appeared bare-handed. Here I formally apologize to everyone again with a bow! Although missing gloves, luckily the tea cups and staff props in the scene diverted visual focus. Personally, I feel the impact on hand presentation wasn't too outrageous, so I hope everyone can slightly overlook this detail when viewing the photos.

Cooperation with the photographer during the shoot was very seamless. The first couple of photos sitting on the sofa simulated breaks during afternoon tea, where I let my gaze wander slightly or tilted my head subtly toward the camera; that dazed yet lazy state felt much more natural than playing it rigid. For the remaining sets, holding long staff props assisted in poses like holding my hat, leaning forward, and turning around with a backward glance. That staff prop was quite long, so finding its center of gravity when holding it really tested wrist strength; expressing an effortless poise required adjusting postures repeatedly.

Furina as a character possesses strong dramatic flair, and her quote "Let the show begin!" really radiates personality. When making expressions and movements, I also tried to capture her demeanor—seemingly confident and even slightly arrogant, but inside harboring delicacy and gentleness. Perhaps this is the charm of this character setting in Genshin Impact: gorgeous on the outside without lacking playfulness.

Finally, a huge thank you to the photographer and support staff who stayed busy with me throughout. From early morning helping me preen the wig, smoothing every wrinkle in the clothes, and capturing those fleeting moments—thank you so much for your hard work. Though a small mistake with the gloves left a slight regret, it served as a helpful reminder for my future photoshoots to carefully check all small props before stepping out.
