This flight attendant style outfit for Koyanskaya (Koyanskaya of Dark) is actually a cosplay project I've been planning for a long time. When many people first see this combination of white uniform, pink hair, and glasses, they blurt out, "It looks like a flight attendant." Indeed, the iconic small hat, exaggerated pink bow-tie, white blazer jacket paired with a short skirt, as well as stockings and high heels, visually present a highly restored look of a cabin crew member.
However, what strikes me even more is the character's tsundere attitude and her aloof, distant nature in the game. The meme "extremely displeased to serve you" perfectly matches the slightly cool, aloof, yet mock-serious expression I put on after wearing this Flight attendant uniform.
To accurately recreate this costume, I specially searched for a stiff white fabric to make the uniform. The red V-shaped stripes on the cuffs and the unique heart-shaped pattern on the hat were made to stay as true to the original artwork as possible. Even these thin silver-rimmed semi-rimless glasses were specially prepared to highlight the character's intellectual and charming traits.
On the day of the shoot at the anime convention, I actually encountered a minor challenge. Because the venue was quite crowded, finding a clean area that could showcase full-body lines wasn't easy. I ended up finding a relatively wide second-floor corridor. Although the pose with one leg lifted looks effortless, maintaining balance while wearing high heels actually requires quite a bit of core strength.
Before doing this set, I rarely saw fellow fans trying out this specific outfit. It might be because this costume has high requirements for body proportions and posing, and the bright hair color can easily look non-daily. But personally, I really love this combination of professional feel and villainous charm for this Roleplay endeavor.
Although the photos show a cold, unapproachable look, behind the scenes during the shoot, the photographer and I were actually laughing hysterically because the hat kept tilting and the glasses kept sliding down. Fortunately, the final cuts turned out ideal. That cool, arrogant, and slightly impatient expression perfectly captured the Koyanskaya of Dark in my mind. I hope everyone can appreciate the fine details and state of this outfit.
