[Hiyuki Cosplay] The White-haired mature woman in Wuthering Waves: Coexistence of Coolness and Elegance

This set of mirror selfies for Wuthering Waves Hiyuki cosplay is finally out. To restore the character's temperament this time, a lot of effort was put into the costume, makeup, and styling, and the overall red and white color scheme presents a highly eye-catching visual effect.

Let's start with the upper body. This top adopts an off-the-shoulder design, which coordinates with the black lining edges to beautifully showcase the neck and shoulder lines. The highlight at the waist lies in those complex tactical-style leather belts and buckle structures; these accessories not only restore the character's design but genuinely provide a waist-cinching effect when worn. The outer white gauze sleeves have an excellent texture; looking closely, they feature faint heart-shaped patterns and drape beautifully when walking, neutralizing the toughness of the belts.

For the hairstyle, I selected this long silver wig, adorned with small pink and red hair accessories on both sides to enhance the exquisite detail. In terms of makeup, I intentionally emphasized the eye makeup, choosing light pink-purple eyeshadow and contact lenses from the same color palette. Combined with the elongated eyeliner, it highlights that crisp, cool, and slightly aggressive "mature woman" aura.

Moving on to the props used in the shoot, this long sword is meticulously crafted; the red and blue color scheme and the gold and white patterns on the scabbard are highly striking, and the long blue tassel below the hilt carries a solid sense of weight. Holding this long sword with a single hand for a mirror selfie was actually highly challenging because the sword's center of gravity leans upward. Keeping the arm straight and maintaining an upright posture made my wrist genuinely sore after a few shots. To find a balance, I experimented with quite a few angles for holding the sword, and the posture ultimately selected lets the blade tilt slightly, which both conceals part of the perspective and enriches the composition.

For the full-body shots, I specially selected the angle from the second picture. The silver stiletto heels paired with white thigh-ring strap long socks form an asymmetrical leg outfit that flatters the leg shapes beautifully, instantly elongating the overall visual proportions. When adjusting in front of the mirror, I repeatedly tweaked my standing posture; bending a single leg slightly makes the movement look more natural and relaxed instead of stiff. This shoot used a frontal flash for fill light; this direct light can better express the clothing materials—for instance, the satin reflection of the top and the semi-translucent texture of the gauze sleeves under intense light were beautifully preserved.

During the process of organizing and wearing, the most important things to note are the tightness of the belts and the placement of the red skirt hem. The skirt hem and the short skirt piece with a black background and white flowers interlace; if the waistline isn't aligned, it can easily look cluttered. This time, I spent over an hour repeatedly adjusting in front of the mirror before leaving the house to fix these layers. The charm of cosplay lies exactly in this obsession with details. Although the props are heavy and high heels tire out the legs, being able to manifest that unique crispness and elegance of the character in front of the lens and in the mirror makes everything completely worthwhile. I am quite satisfied with this set of returned images tonight, especially the second full-body shot, which exhibits both the costume structure and the character's spirit perfectly.
