The moment I stepped into the venue, I was captivated by the surrounding blue-and-white floral sea and the suspended crystal chandeliers—this scenic staging aligned flawlessly with the stage atmosphere envisioned for this shoot. Today's showcase features Jinhsi under a concert concept: to harmonize with the cool tones and dreamlike ambiance of the environment, I deliberately extended the blending of pink eyeshadow, paired with pink contact lenses and a delicate beauty mark beneath the eye, hoping to grant my gaze piercing intensity before the lens. The wig was chosen with a silver-white base flowing into a bluish-purple gradient; the braided sections on both flanks and the golden openwork geometric headdress required repeated repositioning to ensure rock-solid stability during movement and head turns.
The wardrobe is packed with rich craftsmanship: the white halter-neck top is detailed with black paneled inserts and gilded metallic trims, while that gear-shaped insignia across the chest caught radiant highlights under the illumination. The lower half features a blue-and-white gradient pleated skirt, crafted with a deep-blue striped outer layer over pale-cyan lining with sharp, clean hem stitching. To elevate the overall layering, I wore detached white arm sleeves finished with cyan and pink ruffled frills. Coordinating gloves and over-the-knee white stockings with chunky-heeled white ankle boots created a crisp, immaculate silhouette under the stage lights.
Throughout the shoot, I explored diverse body language to resonate with this concert theme. Standing alongside the Roman columns or lightly brushing the crystal chandelier with my fingertips, I imagined that never-ending concert unfolding in real time—that transcendent moment when music ascends and all things in nature converge. To showcase the intricate craftsmanship of this attire and the layered flare of the skirt, I experimented with lifting the skirt hem alongside several crouching and seated postures. Leg poses paired with over-the-knee white stockings strictly test overall body proportions, so I kept my instep slightly flexed to elongate the leg lines. The sleeves feature trailing ribbons and ruffled flourishes that naturally billow into fluid arcs when raising my arms, which I leveraged to inject kinetic tension into the compositions.
The photographer made numerous lighting adjustments as well, employing high-key, luminous cool-toned illumination that rendered the background blue drapes and flower sea remarkably translucent, while reducing unwanted facial shadows to ensure the makeup palette appeared vibrant and full. We avoided overly convoluted props; the white grand piano, cages, and floor blanketed in blue-and-white blossoms provided ample compositional depth. Because this photoshoot was anchored in a concert theme, conveying emotion through the eyes was paramount: whenever the lens moved in for close-ups, I kept my gaze keenly focused, channeling that composed yet luminous stage radiance.
The materials of this costume are substantial—especially the metallic accessories across the skirt and top, which carried noticeable physical heft. Yet this naturally compelled me to hold an upright, graceful posture, perfectly preserving the character's poised demeanor.
