Revealing the character's inner sense of mystery and power often meant consciously repressing my own habituated gestures to adopt their unique body language. Many people think anime cosplay is as simple as putting on an outfit and taking a few photos, but every successful shoot rests on unseen dedication—refining hair and makeup, assembling and hauling heavy props, and touch-ups under scorching studio lights.

The shots against the pure white backdrop benefited from even illumination, clearly displaying the craftsmanship on the long coat's hem.
