The event photo delivery from this Black Dragonfly D2 shoot is finally out! I chose a Keqing cosplay look in her bride variation to welcome the Valentine's Day vibe. The outfit features pure white and light purple as the main color scheme. The large bow on the chest and the floral decorations on the waist are full of stunning details, and the lace layers of the skirt hem combined with the purple wavy edge at the bottom create a wonderful lightweight feel when walking.

The wig was specially chosen in this taro purple, styled with twintails and cat ears on top. Combined with that pair of iconic pointed ears, I am personally very satisfied with the degree of restoration. The light on the day of the shoot was very soft. The photographer took us along the riverbank to find this railing and walkway. The faint water surface in the background and the distant city buildings just create a perfect sense of depth. Without the need for intentional studio lighting, the diffuse reflection under natural light makes the skin texture look beautifully translucent.

The purple-and-white bouquet held in my hand serves as the finishing touch, echoing the overall color scheme while also providing a perfect pivot point for poses. We tried several shooting methods on site, including leaning forward with the flowers, gently touching the cheek with one hand, and dynamic attempts at balancing on one foot. My favorite is the moment when holding the bouquet close to the chest, looking at the lens with a soft gaze. It both retains Keqing's inherent agility and blends in the gentle temperament of the Bride cosplay styling.

However, this dress is actually an off-the-shoulder halter style. Paired with long gloves and white high heels, one needs to pay attention to stretching the shoulder and neck lines during the shoot, otherwise it easily looks stiff. Fixing the hairstyle and headpieces also took a lot of thought. When the wind was strong, the wig easily got messy, and the photographer helped tidy up the details while taking candid shots. Overall, it was a very pleasant cooperation, maintaining a high level of completion from makeup and styling to the final photos. Sharing and communicating about this fresh outdoor photography style also holds great meaning for my ongoing Anime-style photography journey in the Genshin Impact community.
