Cosplaying Remielle at Firefly ACG Expo today! Bringing this look together involved obsessive attention to detail starting right with wig styling: the pink short bob needed airy volume with a seamless gradient into blue-violet at the tips. Purple contact lenses paired with silver cross-star hair ornaments and deepened reddish tones in the eye makeup ensured a lively, sharp appearance on camera. The costume itself is rich in intricate details—metal buckles, ribbon bows, and tassels along the chest and waist all had to be pinned into optimal positions before stepping out. The most challenging elements were the criss-crossing back harness and wing accessories. To support the two massive white wings, I added invisible shoulder straps and anchored the center of gravity directly to the waist corset to prevent them from drooping or swaying while walking. Maneuvering through the exhibition hall wearing them was physically exhausting, but the moment those wings unfurled before the camera, every ounce of effort became worthwhile.

We spent considerable time communicating shots with the photographer. In Photo 1, I sat atop a suitcase with my right leg raised—utilizing the cut of the skirt to highlight leg lines while allowing the wings to stretch across the frame, raising an arm overhead in a graceful dance-like gesture to prevent the wings from blocking my silhouette, with the white stockings and boots elongating visual proportions. Every time I portray a character with complex props, mapping out movement routes in advance is essential. Wings can easily scrape against convention crowds, so rest breaks were strictly confined to quiet corners or standing against walls. The hall lighting was relatively chaotic today, testing the photographer's angle-hunting expertise; we specifically picked spots with cleaner backgrounds and overhead spotlights, leveraging wide apertures to melt the background into dreamy bokeh circles that mirrored the angel cosplay aesthetic.

While resting in the lounge, the wig styling and garments naturally loosened slightly, so I kept hairspray and safety pins on hand for instant touch-ups, ensuring prime condition for every shutter click.
