With lighting varying throughout the convention venue, I searched for angles along corridors and setup areas, striving to capture that subtle aloofness blended with curious, wandering glances. To be honest, whenever I looked down to adjust my tie or casually raised a hand to mask half my face, shutter clicks around me intensified rapidly—feels like everyone's camera triggers reacted faster than my own.
The cuffs of this outfit feature sheer pleated tulle that flutters lightly as I walk, layering richly with black leather suspenders and a dark blue tie. To match her personality, I deliberately avoided exaggerated gestures, relying instead on nuanced gazes and finger movements to convey mood—like interlacing fingers before my chin or half-covering my mouth with a palm to maintain mystery while appearing natural on camera.
For makeup, eyeshadow transitioned between pale purple and reddish-brown, drawing instant focus to my eyes paired with red contacts. Meeting many friends at the venue who recognized this look was wonderful; exchanging makeup and photography tips with fellow fans is a rare joy. Some asked why I didn't add heavy special effects or filters, but I felt the raw lighting and texture were sufficient to express her aura—post-processing sharpening and subtle color tweaks merely aligned with the original cool-toned atmosphere.
When cosplaying cool, distant characters, the biggest trap is staying stiff.
