Landing in Wenchang in the morning, the first stop went straight to the local Dad's tea shop. Ordering a cup of iced black tea accompanied by a few steamer baskets of dim sum, the lively atmosphere of the market instantly made one relax. The core purpose of this Wenchang day trip was very clear: to experience the legendary Wenchang chicken, chicken oil rice, Baoluofen noodles, and fresh coconuts all in one go. Only after being well-fed and hydrated would there be energy to start today's main agenda.

This time, I prepared a Sailor suit style outfit, matched with a gray twin-tail wig. The cat ear headband on top of the head and the starfish and seashell hair accessories on both sides were meant to match the seaside atmosphere. I also made some adjustments to the makeup, pairing green eyes with pink-toned eye makeup to stay as close to the character as possible. However, since I was out foraging for food after all, the expression management might have been a bit casual; if any aspects do not match the original setting, let me offer an OOC apology here first.

Wearing this outfit, we headed to the seaside. The afternoon sunlight was extremely strong; to avoid the direct, harsh light, I specially found rocks and coconut trees as shelter. Sitting on a leaning coconut tree trunk, I took a full-body photo. The sea breeze was very strong, blowing the wig somewhat messy, requiring it to be re-groomed every few minutes—this is the most headachesome part of seaside outdoor shooting. Sitting on a beach chair holding a green coconut to drink the coconut water, the light happened to filter down through the leaves, and the mottled light and shadows made the frame look very natural. By evening, we rushed to the photo frame check-in spot at Mulantou Lighthouse. The afterglow of the sunset dyed the sky orange, and posing in this huge photo frame required only simple stretching movements to create a fantastic silhouette effect. Walking on the beach at night, with a light box bearing the word "Hainan" behind and the night market lights flickering, snapping a few night view photos casually made the day's fatigue feel like it had dissipated.

On the second day, we shifted to Wenchang's Arcade Old Street, where the architecture has a strong sense of historical vicissitudes. Taking photos in front of huge buildings requires magnifying the character's physical movements, so I chose a playful single-leg standing posture to make the frame more dynamic. In front of the wall murals of Mulan Bay, I also checked in for a few shots, where the blue slogan sign and the white Sailor suit formed a great color echo.

This trip not only satisfied the taste buds but also captured many satisfying photos. Only oneself knows the hardship of outdoor shooting; not only must one combat the sea breeze and high-intensity ultraviolet rays, but also maintain the best state in front of the lens. Taking a bite of Wenchang chicken dipped in secret sauce, and then taking a sip of sweet coconut water, all the exhaustion became completely worth it.
