[Wuthering Waves cosplay] C108 Day 2: Booth Exhibition and Photobook Promo Log

Staffing booth South i02a on Day 2 of C108 for our booth exhibition and photobook promotion. The two-day schedule was packed: serving as booth girl at West 1 me-41ab on Day 1 before shifting to South Hall on Day 2—hauling gear back and forth was definitely a workout.

The centerpiece of this showcase was this Wuthering Waves cosplay series. The first cut was captured before a vintage carousel under soft, gentle illumination; to harmonize with the overall cool-blue ensemble, we maintained cohesive environmental tones during shooting. The second frame moved into a moody chapel featuring stained-glass windows, lit with harder key lights to accentuate the crisp textures of the skirt drape and the sword. The third layout was styled as a 4-panel grid exploring varied hairstyles and shifting expressions, while the fourth image highlights our physical booth merchandise.

Crafting the A4 photobook involved extensive grading to balance warm and cool tones, taking considerable editing time. During actual printing, chromatic divergence across the artbook and tin badges proved trickier than expected, requiring iterative proofing runs with the printer. The acrylic standees went through two prototype revisions before sign-off. Booth goods included bookmarks, round paper fans, and tote bags, alongside event-exclusive postcards whose print quality exceeded expectations.

Throughout the con, I swapped lighting insights with numerous photographers. Because securing the elf ears and ornate headpieces required ample skin adhesive, prolonged wear caused tightness, prompting regular touch-ups for hair and fabrics between takes. Despite being Day 2, the booth atmosphere was buzzing, and attendees browsing the photobook shared wonderful feedback on this passion project. Overall, Day 2 of C108 was intensely rewarding, and I hope for more opportunities to connect offline and share our Wuthering Waves cosplay experiences.
