[Keqing cosplay] Genshin Impact Yuheng Star's Opulent Splendor Exquisite Record - Image 1

This Opulent Splendor Keqing styling required a tremendous amount of thought and effort from preparation to the final output. The black-and-blue costume is visually striking. To recreate the finest texture, substantial effort went into fabric selection; in particular, the drape and gloss of the blue satin skirt hem had to present a magnificent refractive effect under lighting. The black strapless bodice utilizes delicate lace material, featuring a high collar edged with wavy ruffles that complement the blue bow at the neck. The fine gold cord around the waist not only accentuates the silhouette but also brings the overall styling closer to the original game design.

For the wig, the light purple twin tails genuinely tested trimming and styling skills. The cat-ear-like hair ornaments on top were reinforced with hairspray to ensure they wouldn't droop during the shoot. To match the purple hair, I specifically chose highly pigmented purple circle lenses, and the eye makeup was layered with a heavier purple wash to make the gaze look sharper, fitting the capable, decisive aura of the Yuheng Star.

The shooting location was set on Japanese tatami mats, surrounded by cherry blossom trees, red Japanese folding fans, and purple paper umbrellas, creating a deeply immersive atmosphere. Sitting on the straw mat actually requires thoughtful posing. Because the skirt hem features an asymmetrical design—with black lace on one side and bright blue fabric on the other—a side-sitting posture better showcases the skirt's layered depth. Hand placement also required repeated trial and error; I ultimately chose a pose with one hand pressing against the ground to support my center of gravity while the other rested naturally beside my knee, which looks natural while highlighting the lines of the costume.

I want to highlight the leg styling in particular. This time, I wore thick Black stockings accompanied by black glossy Mary Jane shoes. Under studio lighting, the thick Black stockings present a delicate matte texture, while the glossy leather shoes reflect highlights, creating a wonderful material contrast. During the shoot, I intentionally adjusted the bending angles of my legs, overlapping them front and back; this not only elongated the leg lines but also made the light reflection along the Black stockings smoother and more natural, enhancing the alluring appeal. The blue ribbon wrist accessory is also a finishing touch; when gently stroking the skirt hem, it adds dynamic movement to the frame.

The entire shooting process went smoothly, and the use of lighting was meticulous. The front fill light was relatively soft, highlighting facial contours and makeup, while the rim backlight outlined the edges of the hair and body, making the subject pop distinctly from the complex background. In post-processing color grading, we primarily preserved the pink of the cherry blossoms and the blue of the skirt hem, with the red folding fans in the background acting as accents; the overall color tone leans slightly warm, cultivating a dreamy ambiance. To emphasize the texture of the Black stockings, fine adjustments were made to local contrast, making the primary subject stand out even more. I hope this photo set brings everyone a unique visual experience.
