[Gongsun Li Cosplay] Honor of Kings: The Bunny ears Maiden in Default skin Has Arrived

This set of Honor of Kings Gongsun Li Cosplay photos in her Default skin was taken during the RED Summer Farmers Festival. What began as casual snaps to soak in the festive mood evolved into dedicated studio close-ups. I have always adored the Default skin palette—red, black, and white intertwined with golden maple-leaf ornaments, radiating summer vitality accompanied by the refined charm of a 2D anime character.

Starting with hair and makeup: the wig was an orange-hued piece styled with airy fringe and face-framing tendrils. To give the roots an authentic look, I blow-dried and sculpted the directional grain. The Bunny ears perched on top were essential; custom-crafted by a seasoned artisan with flexible steel wire cores, they maintained a flawless curve regardless of dynamic movement. Wearing them required finding the precise anchor point to avoid tilting, needing a bit of adjustment to secure.

Next came costume details: the red dress material was quite unique—seemingly plain at first glance, but exhibiting a delicate sheen under studio lights. The cut-out bodice and rigid golden corset were surprisingly forgiving, offering fantastic waist cinching. The arm sleeves made of sheer chiffon dispersed like gentle ripples mid-jump. Wearing Black stockings is an iconic staple of her Default skin; their great elasticity and the high-slit design visually elongated leg proportions, very flattering for showcasing long legs. Golden pendants at the waist and the ribs of the oil-paper umbrella were intricately detailed, projecting a mature, confident aura when held aloft.

The shooting process was genuinely taxing. To achieve that airy mid-air suspension in the third photo, the photographer had me leap repeatedly to calibrate position and control the flare of the skirt, with every landing rumpling the collar and needing adjustment. After countless takes, we locked in that slight backward lean with calves lifted, which was comfortable while maximizing the contours of long legs in Black stockings.

In post-production, authentic skin textures were preserved without heavy over-retouching. Adjustments mainly tuned the overall palette: warming up the reds and standardizing the backdrop to a clean beige to draw full focus toward the subject and props. Legs in Black stockings kept their original fabric sheen for authentic realism.
