[Sunna cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero Little Idol Outdoor Guitar Acoustic Session

Took my Sunna cosplay outdoors today for a photoshoot on an industrial metal staircase backed by lush greenery. The dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves suited the modern urban fantasy vibe of Zenless Zone Zero perfectly. To embody the singing idol persona, I brought a white guitar and a red-and-white megaphone, which immediately set the energetic tone.

The outfit boasts intricate detailing: a black-and-white top accented with a red necktie, a golden bell charm at the collar, layered faux collars, and miniature white wings at the back. Up top, I wore cat-ear headwear with lime-green horns. Recreating the black geometric emblem on her forehead took patience during makeup, complemented by soft pink eye blending to balance Sunna's cool yet lovable charm. On the lower half, a white pleated skirt paired with over-the-knee White stockings accented by black thigh garters, red bows, and platform monochrome sneakers. Sitting on the steps to play meant the over-the-knee socks constantly slipped, requiring regular resets. Posing with the guitar also took care; after testing different positions to avoid covering garment details, sitting sideways with the body resting across the thigh best showcased both the wardrobe cut and the guitar's glossy finish.

The weather was hot, and the metal stairs warmed up under the sun, yet I persisted across multiple angles. Leaf-filtered sunlight occasionally produced harsh glares off the white guitar, requiring careful camera shifts to retain shadow details and avoid blown highlights. For the megaphone shots, simply holding it in an upbeat mid-performance stance while balancing the guitar created vivid storytelling. Outside, the voluminous wavy wig easily tangled in the breeze, requiring combing after every few shots under the summer heat. My poses drew inspiration from live acoustic sessions on high stools, maintaining a relaxed yet focused gaze while accurately fretting the chords. Her striking black-white-red palette and mint hair blended seamlessly into the botanical greenery, capturing the vibrant idol spirit of this 2D Guitar girl.
