The night view of the Yangpu Power Plant Relics Park is truly textured, especially the structure with industrial traces and the complex lighting design, which is very suitable for restoring the atmosphere of "Zenless Zone Zero". The core purpose of coming here for the Shark girl cosplay was to pursue that industrial aesthetic of wandering through the ruins. In location shooting, the use of light and shadow is key. The red light here is interwoven with the complex steel frame structure, which just happens to set off the black and white contrast in the Shark girl costume. To ensure the impact of the photos, I polished many details in the costume and the way I hold the weapon, striving to accurately restore the agility of the character even in dynamic moments. This shoot was also a great collaborative effort; the photographer's control over light and shadow is very professional, capable of accurately capturing the reflection of light and shadow on metal surfaces, making the whole set of photos look like they have the fantasy color of 2D, while not losing the heavy sense of realistic industry. This process of restoring from game screen to real scene is exactly what makes Cosplay most attractive. Seeing the Shark girl's figure looming in the red light in the final photos, I am really satisfied!
