[Sunna cosplay] Cat Ears Maid from Zenless Zone Zero: Dynamic Moments by the Glass Curtain Wall

Our originally planned outdoor shoot was relocated before this indoor glass curtain wall due to a typhoon, yet leveraging the glass reflections alongside outside greenery unexpectedly produced a remarkably clean, polished texture. Cosplaying Sunna, the crimson backpack and petite white wings served as striking focal points, forming high-contrast color dynamics against the deep-navy Maid outfit.

Prior to shooting, my main concern centered on the styling of the White stockings and footwear. Thigh-highs combined with slouchy gathered socks can easily foreshorten leg lines if posed carelessly, prompting me to extend legs forward or raise a single leg to elongate silhouettes while lifting the ankles to shift weight. Factoring in the bracket angle of the Cat ears was essential to avoid crowding the wig, while the backpack straps required minor adjustments to sit comfortably across the shoulders. Natural daylight through extensive glazing cast substantial floor bounce; balancing it with reflectors produced soft facial illumination without harsh hot spots, while wide apertures dissolved the greenery outside into gentle bokeh to keep focus on the subject.

Single-leg balances proved the most challenging: maintaining equilibrium required soft knee bends paired with playful cat-paw hand gestures, while low-angle captures naturally elongated vertical proportions. Sitting on the rug, extending one leg straight while bending the other prevented the ruffled skirt volume from appearing bulky. The mint-green wig was heavily sprayed to anchor the Cat ears securely. Accented by a Lolita-style white apron and red bow tie, subtle torso twists framed side profiles, the backpack, and wings cleanly against dark framing pillars, yielding a luminous, dynamic Zenless Zone Zero showcase.
