Sunna has transferred to our class! For this shoot, I deliberately chose a school Classroom setting, which matched the character's ambiance impeccably. To recreate her look, I wore a white short-sleeved collared shirt tied with a heart-patterned red necktie, paired with a black pleated skirt on the bottom. The most eye-catching feature of this outfit is the pink-and-white arm warmers and leg warmers; to visually elongate leg proportions, I layered over-the-knee White stockings beneath the outer pink leg warmers to create a distinct, slouchy stacked silhouette. Light green twin tails adorned with her signature hair clips and a black choker channeled the lively, spirited charm of a new transfer student.
To capture ideal shots, I experimented with multiple poses around the Classroom. In the first shot, sitting atop a student desk with hands neatly folded over my thighs felt quiet and reserved, as if curiously gazing at new classmates. The second shot features standing beside the desk flashing a peace sign; this is actually my favorite image because the profile stance showcases leg curvature and balance beautifully—particularly highlighting the visual interplay between the over-the-knee socks and pink leg warmers—which is why I chose it as the cover. The third shot leans slightly forward with both hands cupping my chin, radiating an even more playful, animated energy.
The blackboard in the background was custom-drawn on set with stars, hearts, and geometric doodles to enhance authentic campus realism. Slings of a pink backpack over my shoulders tied the whole look together. While shooting, resting my weight primarily on one leg while gently pointing the other forward not only elongated leg lines, but also let the skirt drape naturally without obscuring the leg warmer accents. Thanks to the ample Classroom lighting, the texture of the White stockings resolved crisp and clear, matching her bright, refreshing aesthetic.
Considering her transfer student identity, I incorporated subtle, curious nuances into my actions—like glancing around inquisitively or browsing books by the lockers—though this set primarily showcases frontal compositions. Throughout the session, I continuously adjusted the wig to ensure the bangs never blocked my eyes. Drawing chalk art on the blackboard was quite an effort, but the resulting school atmosphere was far more dynamic than a plain solid backdrop. For footwear, simple white sneakers coordinated smoothly with the White stockings. During the shoot, I constantly brainstormed better ways to stay true to character, testing whether resting hands obediently on knees or tucking gloved fingers forward looked best, capturing both variations.
Shooting this outfit in a Classroom was thoroughly enjoyable. The thick fabric of the pink leg warmers swayed noticeably with every step, accentuating her youthful bounce. Before each shutter click, I double-checked that the tie wasn't crooked and that shoulder straps were properly aligned. Although back angles weren't included, the pink backpack was definitely a finishing touch. An on-location shoot like this demands a pristine environment, and thankfully the Classroom was clean and free of visual clutter. Capturing the character within an everyday setting highlighted garment textures while delivering the rewarding satisfaction of bringing a 2D design into reality. The entire shoot went smoothly, with friends on the crew monitoring lighting so the white fabrics never blew out. I hope these finished photos convey all the campus vibrancy this character embodies.
