This finished set features the character Muelsyse from Arknights. The overall costume style bears distinct traits of a Rhine Lab researcher, while seamlessly blending a fantasy feel with elf and natural elements.

First, let's talk about the design highlights of this outfit. The outerwear is a light-colored windbreaker with a subtle sci-fi feel, featuring neon green contrast piping along the collar and shoulder edges. The ribbed inner tank top includes orange color-block panelling, where overall color proportions echo the original lore's ecological researcher aura. For prop preparation, a wooden clipboard and a personal ID badge are indispensable core items. The ID card not only replicates the Rhine Lab emblem but also includes barcode-like clearance details—only with precise details can the character feel truly immersive.

For headwear, I used a silver-white long wig with airy strands. Combined with matching elf ears and green leaf decorations atop the head, it fits the identity of a botanist perfectly in front of the lens. For makeup, I deliberately kept a soft pinkish-orange eyeshadow palette, hoping to highlight her gentle yet professional side.

The shooting environment on that day was immensely helpful—we happened to find a greenhouse botanical garden with lush vegetation. Large green broadleaves formed a natural ecological backdrop that aligned seamlessly with her character lore's plant affinity. To create the dynamic feel of a \"rainforest ecological expedition\", we put considerable thought into water mist effects and wind speed. Capturing splashing water droplet effects after spraying water, paired with wind-blown long hair and facial expressions, instantly brought vitality to static images.

Regarding poses, holding the clipboard while logging data served as an entry point highly aligned with her persona. A three-quarter profile looking forward appeared natural without being overly forced, conveying a state of focused research. Considering that the clothing leans towards lightweight outdoor paneling workwear with flexible inner structuring, shooting from various angles felt quite natural and comfortable.

The biggest challenge during this shoot was managing on-site interfering factors. Since lighting in the botanical garden was complex, we needed to ensure even light on the face while preventing the ambient green foliage from overpowering the subject. The photographer's scene control was excellent—utilizing natural daylight with minimal fill light, capturing that misty forest rain tension blended with sci-fi elements beautifully.

The reason Muelsyse is such an attractive character lies precisely in her personality—a perfect blend of cool scientific intuition and deep affection for natural life. Being able to restore her vibe through costumes, props, and location scouting was a deeply enjoyable experience for me.
