For the gym uniform theme shot over the weekend, this white-and-blue sportswear set was chosen as the core look. Paired with long silver-white hair with straight blunt bangs, along with a light blue halo and cross emblem, the overall visual palette was extremely refreshing. I chose the venue at Buning Studio for creation this time, where the Huanghuang studio provided the Gym uniform cosplay outfit and over-the-knee White stockings. The comfort upon wearing was quite good, with just the right fit. The neckline and sleeve cuffs featured light blue piping, while dark blue shorts combined with white socks created a sharp contrast.

During the shoot, a 500W Zhiyun fill light provided on-site was used; high-power lighting rendered fill light more three-dimensional, clearly illuminating facial contours and fabric crease details, while sharp light and shadows perfectly matched this campus athletic style. The kneeling close-up in Photo 2 is one of my personal favorites: the cropped top subtly revealing the waist made the gym uniform feel less rigid, adding a touch of liveliness instead, which paired with raised hands mimicking curled animal paws provided strong dynamic tension. Regarding emotional expression, I maintained an unsmiling yet gently soft demeanor throughout, which fit the character's temperament much better.

In this photoshoot, a volleyball served as a key prop that provided great seamless interaction. Metal basketball hoops, wooden vaulting boxes in the set, and red number signage on the background wall all created an authentic campus equipment room atmosphere. The subsequent seated pose in Photo 3 required posing in coordination with the volleyball's center of gravity to make hand movements appear more natural. Ambient light of the venue blended seamlessly with the Zhiyun fill light, yielding very clean color tones without clutter interference, fitting the aesthetic of 2D anime campus photography.

The shoot was split into two time slots, one hour per session. Overall pacing was controlled reasonably well, allowing sufficient time to adjust positioning while preserving the freshness of shooting. An apparently basic outfit like a gym uniform actually tests body extension significantly; simple physical shifts paired with different scene positionings create varied visual focus points in final shots. The entire shooting experience went very smoothly, with scene restoration and costume adjustments impeccably organized. Looking forward to trying other different themes at the same venue for future Guangzhou photography projects to bring more fresh visual experiences.
